Very nice people! First time here so I was a little lost as to where to go. They start at around 0700 with local stuff then start with OTR loads. Check in by door 26. Picture shows how to go in. Can drop trailer and go to truck stop or stay here. They will call when finished.
Quick offload within 30 minutes DRY LOAD. appointment was at 6 am arrived at 7 am BUT they take dry loads 8 am to 2 pm ENTRANCE AT 132nd st
Extremely nice people. I stayed overnight for a next day pick up and no problem parking on the premises. Loading took couple of hours, but this is nothing compare to other Tyson facilities. They even preloaded the freight from my first pick up. Again very very nice people working there. Keep up with the amazing work. Thank you shipping ladies for treating drivers as normal people and not animals.....
A!!! This facility is amazing!! We called a day before our D&H pickup to see if it would be ready early. Lynn, in Shipping, said we could drop our empty trailer that afternoon and they would call us the next morning when the loaded trailer was ready. We could stay on their property overnight , too. But we wanted showers so we didn’t stay, but appreciate the offer. The young man in the Shipping office was super nice and helpful when we arrived. They called the next morning at 0745 stating the load was ready. And we got to meet Lynn! Very nice lady!! Exceptional experience and we would work with this facility anytime!
Very pleased with my experience at this location. This is not your typical Tyson. There is no super cop to check in with. You turn on the street, and find a parking spot. The Transcontinental Cold Storage does not open till 7 am. I parked here overnight with no issues. When I checked in at 7 a.m., they told me I could drop my trailer and go where I would like to. They would put it in the door for me. They actually called me to let me know that my trailer was being loaded. Who does that? They loaded several hours before my appointment time and called me when it was ready. The ladies behind the shipping counter were incredibly nice and forthcoming.

Easy backing plenty of room for a straight back. And the staff is very helpful and kind. Got there the day before my appt and was unloaded that day. Will gladly come back here.
Load was ready when I got here put trailer in a door immediately was loaded took longer to get paperwork was loaded quicker nice people plenty of room to maneuver would definitely come here again
